On a recent trip to St. Bartholomew’s Church in Wilmore, PA, I was lucky enough to get a Xerox copy of the 1909 Reunion Book. I have found this fascinating because there is quite a bit of information about the history of the church and the general area, photos, surnames, and advertisements that contain photos of business folks and their establishments in the area in 1909. I thought that perhaps the best way to share this with other Cambria County researchers was to scan the book and place it on the Cambria County web site. However, that alone would still make it difficult for you to find your ancestors because there are almost 150 pages to this Reunion Book. I am, therefore, supplying a searchable index with keywords and surnames to help make it more pleasurable to find your pertinent information in this book. One last note—since I am making these scans from a Xerox copy, the quality is not terrific (on photos, in particular) but then, it’s better than nothing!!
