Souvenir of Loretto Centenary |

D. A. Gallitzin, and acknowledged the within plan of the town of Loretto to be his act and deed, for the end the same may be recorded as such according to law. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the day and year aforesaid.
LUKE McGUIRE
Though laid out in 1816, the town was not incorporated as a borough until 1845.
